The Business
We’re a small, Southampton based bakery focused on making the best brownies you will ever eat. Our commercial bakery in St Mary’s is where we hand-bake thousands of brownies each week, before we travel across the country bringing them to markets and festivals near you. On London Road (Southampton) you can find our Brownie Cafe, filled with chocolatey goodness. Or with our new letterbox brownies, you can taste The Fine Brownie Co without having to leave the comfort of your own home.
The Brownies
Our brownies are hand-made and hand-finished to a recipe honed to perfection and perfectly rich - we don’t skimp here. After many years working in the fine chocolate industry, we’ve learnt that only the best chocolate makes the best brownies, so you won’t find baking chocolate in our kitchen, only fine Belgian couverture.
Each tray is baked to a gooey, chewy texture, and then slathered in your favourite sweet treats.
Good from the crispy edges to the soft middles.
GOOD STUFF
We take great care in everything we do and that doesn’t end with the brownies. Our packaging is 100% recyclable, even down to the vegan glue on our tape and stickers.
We use local stockists where we can to reduce our overall food miles, and we’re always working hard to reduce waste throughout the whole brownie-making process.
