Keeping brownies fresh

Brownies and blondies, from date of delivery, will be good for 5 days; vegan brownies are good for 3 days.

All products are best stored at room temperature. While you can put them in the fridge (depends how you like them!), this will make them dry out faster.

If you don’t get through them all, they can be frozen for up to a month. Allow to thoroughly defrost for approx. an hour.

If you still don’t get through them, and they go a little stale, give them 30 seconds in the microwave, and serve up with a scoop of ice cream.
